Benedictine B&B pocket knife.  Vintage with corkscrew and knife/bottle opener.  Good looking pearl type handle.  Made by Camco.
 
Good shape as seen in pictures.  Both blades open and close.  Good snap left.  No cracks in handle material.  No side to side for blades...still tight.  SEE PICTURES.
