Vintage.  I believe this is from the 1950's.
 
Marked with the "German Eye" logo which stands for Carl Schliepper.
 
Condition:  Handles have no cracks.  Light signs of age only on handles.  Bolsters are in great shape with no dings etc.  All blades have good snap.  SEE PICTURES.
 
Not a small pocket knife.  The perfect size at 4" when closed.
