Vintage CASE pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.  Marked "Case XX", "3220 CV", and "USA.
 
Couldnt have been used more than once or twice.  The blades have perfect snap.  No signs of age or use on handles.  Light signs of handling only.   Couple marks on blades only.  SEE PICTURES.
