Vintage CASE pocket knife from an estate sale out of Lancaster Ohio.  
 
Hard to find SINGLE BLADE "Case XX", "5159 LSSP".  "HAMMERHEAD"
 
Made between 1980-1989.  LARGE 5" KNIFE WHEN CLOSED.  8 1/2" long when fully open.
 
NEVER USED AND HAS BEEN PART OF A COLLECTION.  Blade has no signs of use.  The brass has some light signs of age.   Everything works as it should.  SEE PICTURES.
