Cattaraugus model 2159.  Genuine bone handles!  Barlow single bolster.
 
Cattaraugus stamp on the bolster which gives it great presentation.  2159 tang stamp.
 
There is some interesting information regarding the CATTARAUGUS CUTLERY CO. out of Little Valley NY online.  You should check it out.  Looks like they closed up shop in 1963.  I would date this knife to the early 1900's.
 
Condition:  The perfect amount of patina!  Nicely aged all around with light signs of wear.  No damage.  Absolutely no wobble with either blade.  Both blades open and seat as they should.  No snap left.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3 1/4" when closed.  Double blade.
 
YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER ONE OF THESE!!  The only one listed on this site or that has recently sold.
