There is some interesting information regarding the CATTARAUGUS CUTLERY CO. out of Little Valley NY online.  You should check it out.  Looks like they closed up shop in 1963.
 
Condition:  Beautiful condition!  PLEASE SEE PICTURES.  Very light signs of age.  NO DAMAGE.  Some snap left on both blades.  It wasnt used much.  
 
3" when closed.  Double blade.
