Colonial USA "TEXAS TOOTHPICK" pocket knife.
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks or chips.  Bolsters are in great shape.  Good snap.   Opens and closes.  The very tip of the blades looks like it was shaved a little.  SEE PICTURES.
