Dorworld pocket knife.  Stainless steel.  Beautiful wood handle material.  Brass pins etc.  Hawk bill like blade.
 
Very good condition.  I dont believe the knife was ever used.  Was part of an estate sale collection.
 
I dont know too much about this brand so please use your best judgement.  It is a well built knife.
