Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
RARE pocket knife.  Made in Germany.  Marked with the Hen & Rooster tang stamp and "R" and "Rostfrei".  Swiss army type with 6 tools.
 
Light signs of age on blades but no chips.  Light signs of age on handle.  
 
Interesting handle material.  Not sure if it is antler or some type of hard wood.  Use your best judgement.
