Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1960's.
 
Beautiful marbled handle.  Marked Imperial Prov. USA.
 
Condition:  Light signs of age only.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  Some snap left.   See pictures.
 
Small knife.  3" when closed.  Double blade.
