Vintage and from an estate sale.  Based on the tang stamp this was made between 1956-1988.
 
Beautiful black design handle.  Marked Imperial Prov. USA.  
 
Condition:  Light signs of age on blades.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  Some snap left on both blades.   See pictures.
 
Small knife.  2 3/4" when closed.  Double blade.  SEE PICTURES.
