IMPERIAL USA "TEXAS TOOTHPICK" pocket knife.  Based on the tang stamp this was made between 1946 and 1956.
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks or chips.  Bolsters are in great shape.  Great snap.   Opens and closes.  Used very little.  SEE PICTURES.
 
4 1/4" when closed.  Single blade.
