Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Jet-Aer Corp. lockback G-96 990 pocket knife.  Double blade.  Made in the Japan.  
 
PERFECTLY AGED ALL AROUND.  Both blades open as they should.  Both lock open.  Some snap left on small blade but not the larger.  SEE PICTURES.
