Kent NY USA pocket knife.  Originally a two blade.  Made in the USA.
 
Condition:  One of the blades is broke...keep this in mind before purchase.  The handle material is in good shape.  The remaining blade does open and close.  Wear on remaining blade. and outside.  Good restore project.
 
3 1/4" long when closed.
 
Will be protected well and insured.
