Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
BEAUTIFUL TRANSLUCENT CELLULOID HANDLES!
 
Still has its bail.  All bolsters are still there.  Both blades open as they should.   The main blades has snap.  The smaller doesnt.  The handles have a few very small hairlines that can only be seen with a jewelers loupe.  SEE PICTURES.
