Vintage and from the same estate sale out of Ohio.  1960's?
 
Kent NY USA pocket knife.  Three blade.  Made in the USA.
 
SHOULD CLEAN UP NICELY.  No major damage to the blades.  Blades open and close.  Small blades still have snap.  The main blade has no snap left.  No loop.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3 5/8" long when closed.
