AS CLOSE TO BRAND NEW AS YOU CAN GET.  Great shape as seen in pictures.  NEVER USED.  Both blades open and close.  Original snap left.  No cracks in handle material.  No side to side for blades...nice and tight.  SEE PICTURES.
