A great 1950's piece.  Marked only with "USA".
 
This was part of our "MYSTERY KNIFE" page but has been solved by a customer.  We are confident that this knife was made by Colonial USA.
 
Some signs of age as seen in pictures.  No cracks or chips in the handles.  Both blades fold out as they should.  No snap left.
