Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1970's.
 
Beautiful green and yellow striped design handle.  I am not sure of the maker.  Marked Pakistan on the tang.
 
Condition:  Light signs of age.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  Snap left.   See pictures.
 
3 1/4" when closed.  Double blade.  Will clean up further if wanted.  SEE PICTURES.
 
GREAT CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR AS IT HAS A GREAT LOOK ABOUT IT.
