Marked "USA" only.  Im not sure of the maker.  I am guessing this was made in the 1950's or earlier.  Single blade.
 
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE BEAUTIFUL HANDLE MATERIAL!!
 
Light signs of age as seen in pictures.  The blade folds out as it should and seats properly.   No snap left.  No damage to blades.  Could use a cleaning.  Looks like it used to have a loop which is no longer with the knife.
