The front scale is marked "Scout" inside of an arrow. (faded)  Im not sure of the maker.  I am guessing this was made in the 1950's or earlier.  Triple blade.
 
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE BEAUTIFUL HANDLE MATERIAL!!
 
Some signs of age as seen in pictures.  All blades open and seat as they should.  Snap left on all three.  Could use a cleaning.  Looks like it used to have a loop which is no longer with the knife.  No cracks or chips in scales.  Discolor on bolsters.  SEE PICTURES.
