Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1960's.
 
Beautiful candy Striped handle.  Marked OKAPI and MADE IN WEST GERMANY.
 
Condition:  GREAT CONDITION.  Light signs of age only.  I dont think the knife was ever used as the blade is in excellent condition.   See pictures.
 
3 3/8" including the loop when closed and not including the loop.  Single blade.
