Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1950's.
 
Beautiful metallic style handles.  Marked OKAPI and MADE IN GERMANY.
 
Condition:  GREAT CONDITION.  Light signs of age only.  I dont think the knife was used much at all.  Should clean up perfectly if wanted.  No loop as it may have had one.   One small ding in the blade.  See pictures.
