Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1950's-60's.
 
Beautiful handles.  Marked Richards Sheffield England.
 
Condition:  The handles are in great shape as well as the bolsters.  Light signs of age only.  Both blades open as they should.  The main blades has good snap when opening and closing.  The smaller blade has a little less snap.   See pictures.
 
3 3/8" when closed.  Double blade.
 
GREAT CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR AS IT HAS A GREAT LOOK ABOUT IT, AND THIS MODEL IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!
