Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Two blade.  Made in Rochester NY.  Marked Robeson, USA, and 622064.  There is some interesting information regarding the Robeson Cutlery Co. online.  You should check it out.
 
This one was made between 1940-1964.
 
At most, wear consistent with a vintage knife.   No damage to either blade or the handle material.  Some snap left.  SEE PICTURES.
 
Black delrin handle!  
 
2 3/4" long body when closed.  GOOD CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR.  
 
Will be protected well and insured.
