Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Two blade.  Marked Robeson Shuredge, USA, and 622331.  There is some interesting information regarding the Robeson Cutlery Co. online.  You should check it out.
 
At most, wear consistent with a vintage knife.   Good snap left.  The smaller blade has a its very tip broke.  SEE PICTURES.
 
Black delrin handle.
 
2 5/8" long body when closed.  GOOD CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR.
