Antique pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
THIS IS AN OLD ONE!!  I think this is from the very early 1900's.
 
Marked Schatt & Morgan Titusville on both tangs.  Made in Pennsylvania. 
 
2 3/4" long when closed.
 
Wear consistent with a knife from this time period.  The two blades and file do open and close.  No snap left on either blade.  Scuffs on the scales but no cracks.  Wear on blades.  Still has its badge.
 
GREAT PIECE OF HISTORY.  GOOD CHANCE FOR AN ANTIQUE KNIFE COLLECTOR!
