Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
ULSTER KNIFE CO. pocket knife.  Double blade.  Made in the USA.
 
I believe that this was made in the 1950's but I may be wrong.  Vintage for sure.  The handle material is a semi- transparent yellow.
 
PERFECTLY AGED ALL AROUND.  No chips in the blades.  Both blades open as they should.  Good snap left.  SEE PICTURES.
