ULSTER KNIFE CO. pocket knife.  Triple blade stockman.  Made in the USA.  Older carbon steel and not stainless steel.
 
No chips in the blades.  No cracks or chips in the JIGGED DELRIN handle.  Blades open as they should.  Snap left on all three.   SEE PICTURES.
