Late 1800's to early 1900's knife.  UTICA KNIFE & RAZOR CO. out of Utica NY USA....not to be confused with Utica Cutlery.  
 
Beautiful candy stripe sparkle handle.  
 
Condition:  Neither blade has damage!  Both are in good shape.  The smaller has some scuffs.  Some discolor on the handle material but still looks good.  Both blades have snap left.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3" when closed.  Double blade.
