Vintage HARD TO FIND knife made by West-Cut our of Boulder Colorado USA.  This is an old one.  
 
1950's?  STACKED WOOD, BRASS, ETC.  You really dont see this handle material configuration much with this brand.
 
Condition:  Nice and tight.  It wastn used much.  No damage at all to the handles.  Some signs of use and sharpening on the blade.
 
Knife is 8 1/2" total length.
