Western USA tang stamp.  These were made by Western between 1961-1977.
 
VINTAGE USA knife!
 
Both blades open.  The knife still has its badge.  Its bolsters are in good shape with light signs of age only.  One of the handles has some light damage near the badge.  The badge has a small amount of adhesive.  Very little snap left.  Signs of use on blades.  SEE PICTURES.
